When Osi made that decision 8 years ago to begin, he struggled obviously with the first couple of years. He went to the gym when he felt like it and ate whatever he wanted. It wasn’t until 2014 that he began to delve and research more about proper exercising, workout techniques and meals to eat. He’s since mastered the art of maintaining an active lifestyle with adequate meal prepping to help him reach his goals. With 8 years of training, exercising and learning about a healthy lifestyle, Osi is motivated to help you achieve your fitness goals. He loves fitness and the idea of pushing the body through routines to improve it’s functional and physical capacity. He made the decision to live a healthier lifestyle and has been helping others on their journey ever since.
